Drawing and Painting: Sequential Creations Artists will learn to create detailed drawings and beautiful paintings by following step by step directions from an art instructor. They will learn how to draw beloved characters in books and media, paint landscapes with proportion and dimension, and try their hand at recreating master works. Artists will build confidence in their drawing and painting skills and feel proud of their outcomes and experiences in the creative process. Just because artists all follow the same steps does not mean, however, that each piece will not have their own unique style and flair! Young artists will be encouraged to take liberties with the instructions and add details that signify it is their own work. A great class for artists who appreciate both the process and the product!
